Graduate Trainee Teacher – Future Teacher Programme
Location: Northampton (Relocation opportunities available nationwide)
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time

Are you a graduate with a 2:1 degree or above and a passion for working with young people? Looking to kickstart a career in teaching but want real classroom experience before taking on a formal teaching qualification?

Teaching Personnel is recruiting now for our Future Teacher Programme – a paid, full-time trainee teacher position designed specifically for graduates interested in becoming qualified teachers. This particular role is based in Northampton, but with our national network of partner schools, there are opportunities for those open to relocation across other regions of the UK.

We welcome applications from graduates with strong academic backgrounds in any school-based subject – including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, and more. You will support students in the classroom, gain valuable hands-on experience, and receive mentoring from experienced teaching professionals.
