Trainee Specification Consultant – Windows/Doors

Role

This trainee specification role, with the goal of becoming a fully-fledged Specification Manager, involves specifying timber/aluminium windows and doors for projects within the residential sectors. Typical project values range from £50K to £1M. During the 12–18-month training period, you will work closely with the specification team, learning how to build relationships with architects and housing associations, provide technical and design support, and conduct CPD presentations. Once projects are tendered, you will hand over to the business manager to ensure smooth project completion. The role includes a mix of office-based and remote work, with initial training on-site followed by a flexible work schedule. Covering the South Central region of the UK.
