Trainee Software Tester

As a Trainee Software Tester, you will work closely with the development and QA teams to help ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the execution of manual and automated test scripts to ensure product quality.
2. Identify, document, and report defects, and help track them to resolution.
3. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met.
4. Support the creation of test plans and test cases.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in IT/Tech, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies (advantageous but not essential).
5. Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
