Trainee Car Sales Executive required by my Main Dealer Motor Garage based in the Aldershot area of Hampshire. Will consider anyone who has a stable career history within a customer facing / retail environment.

Job Role: New or Used Car Sales Executive

Job Location: Aldershot in Hampshire (Near Farnham, Farnborough, Camberley, Fleet)

Salary: 15k Basic salary / OTE 35k

Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:30am to 5pm plus day off in the week.

Trainee Car Sales Executive Responsibilities:

1. To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. To discuss funding, and sell additional Finance & Paint Protection related products.
3. To build and maintain your customer database.
4. To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.

As a Trainee Car Sales Executive, you will need:

1. To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
2. To have a positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to your work.
3. To have previous experience of working to targets and be able to demonstrate.
4. Previous experience of working within the motor trade would be essential.
5. To have a valid driving licence is essential.
