The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Jobs Cardiff

We are looking to recruit a Telesales Consultant / Telesales Executive, with a view to this person eventually progressing to a Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Development of all client relationships.
• Heading up the sales and marketing plan.
• Sales projects as required by the directors.

This role would suit candidates with business to business sales experience who are looking to get into the recruitment market. Opportunities will be given for training on the full recruitment cycle and candidates can expect to progress to a full recruitment consultant role if they want to.

The Candidate:

• Must be experienced in business to business sales.
• Proven track record of building business from a cold start.
• Excellent telephone selling skills, must have vast cold calling experience.
• Must have a stable career history.
• Excellent IT and communication skills (MS Word especially).
