We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team. The responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and attracting new clients.
2. Building and maintaining client relationships.
3. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Minimum requirements for this position include:

1. Fluency in German.
2. A strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
3. Excellent communication skills.
