The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Winning new clients through business development and building strong relationships with your clients
• Understanding their business ethos and hiring requirements
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and speaking with connections in your network
• Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
• Managing the whole interview process from initial scheduling, to handling any reservations from either side, and finally negotiating the best contract for your candidates
• Building up your network through personal branding
• Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets set for you
