The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Established in 2016, we specialise in finance recruitment with our main focus within investment banks, Credit, Private Equity, Real Asset Funds, and Hedge Funds. Working with the likes of Evercore, KKR, Lazard, and many more impressive firms, you'll gain exposure to them from day 1!

Based in the heart of London Bridge, you'd be joining a team of 30 individuals spread across their London and New York offices, with a third opening up in Dubai in 2026! Both founders have over 30 years of experience between them and to begin with, you'll be sat directly by them so they can offer their support and mentorship!

Responsibilities

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the ins and outs of a high-energy, high-reward industry while mastering skills that set you up for a successful career. Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing top candidates: Identify and place high-calibre professionals into leading companies.
• Cold calling and networking: Connect with clients and candidates, build rapport, and drive results despite occasional setbacks.
