The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold calling potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
• Guiding candidates through the process - offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
• Attending client meetings - visiting clients' offices to gain a greater understanding of the characteristics they seek in their new hires.
• Researching your sector in depth - constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur.

The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Financially motivated - with a strong desire to earn big!
• Competitive in nature - someone who thrives in a competitive environment. A background in sports is a big plus.
• Degree or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills - ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
