As part of our expansion, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, with no prior recruitment experience needed!

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
2. Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
3. Managing the recruitment process from interview to placement
4. Writing and posting engaging job adverts
5. Hitting targets and earning commission in a supportive, high-energy team

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Resilience, determination, and a willingness to learn
4. Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
