Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trades & Labour - Reading

27k- 30k per annum (DOE) OTE 50K- 70K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Daniel Owen is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant or sales professional to join the team in our office based in Reading.

Daniel Owen has been a leading force in the Trades & Labour sector for the past 38 years. We are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant Reading office to help grow and expand this division even further. Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

1. Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
2. Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
3. 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
