What Does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Do?

Your role will be fast paced, varied, and incredibly rewarding. As part of our expert team, you will:

1. Proactively source and attract top engineering and manufacturing talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting techniques.
2. Build meaningful relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to their ideal roles.
3. Engage with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
5. Work towards exciting sales targets and KPIs, pushing yourself to exceed expectations and unlock incredible commission rewards.
