What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Building relationships with clients & candidates
2. Developing new business & growing your market
3. Screening & interviewing candidates to match them with top firms
4. Negotiating deals & earning big commissions

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree (2:1+) OR strong commercial sales experience
2. Money-motivated & target-driven – your earnings are in your hands
3. Natural communicator & relationship builder
4. Highly competitive & ambitious (sports backgrounds preferred)
