Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Co-ordinator)

About the Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Co-ordinator) at Workchain, you will play a pivotal role in both the operational and sales aspects of our recruitment process. This 360-degree role will require your active involvement in client meetings, utilising your previous transferable experience to source and connect top talent in the transport and industrial sectors. You will identify and nurture ‘good business’ to achieve maximum potential, being an essential part of our dynamic team and contributing to the success and growth of our business.
