What You'll Be Doing: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into dynamic daily operations with the full support of our experienced team, including:

1. Building strong relationships with prospective clients through strategic calls and visits.
2. Recruiting top candidates to match client requirements.
3. Using innovative marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best talent.
4. Managing bookings and delivering seamless service to clients and candidates.
5. Resolving queries with professionalism and ensuring exceptional customer service.
6. Taking part in the shared out of hours on-call duties which is rotated on a weekly basis.
