Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for public sector roles.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
4. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.
5. Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
6. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
