About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee Podcast Producer to join our team on a 12-week learning programme. This is a volunteer, remote role, designed for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in podcast production. No prior experience is required – just a passion for storytelling, the arts, and an eagerness to learn.

You’ll receive 4 hours of one-on-one training each week, plus 10 additional hours of independent work. By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed essential skills in audio/video editing, content creation, and social media promotion.

What You’ll Learn

1. Audio and video editing skills
2. Guest coordination and scheduling
3. Creative and innovative content creation
4. Organisational and communication skills
5. Basic knowledge of audio equipment and editing software
6. Podcast storytelling techniques (bonus if you have a knack for comedy!)

2. A passion for storytelling and creative media
3. A willingness to learn and take initiative
4. A sense of humour is a welcome bonus!
