Since 2004, we’ve built a strong reputation for providing top-quality dental care with a personal touch. Our expert team of dentists is passionate about what they do, and we’re now looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Trainee Dental Nurses. Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in dental care before – we’ll train you from scratch and support you every step of the way!

Your Role: As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you’ll be hands-on, supporting our dentists and helping to create a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. Your day-to-day will include:

  1. Assisting our dentists during treatments and dental x-rays.
  2. Keeping the treatment rooms spotless and prepared for each patient.
  3. Helping our patients feel relaxed and at ease throughout their appointments.
  4. Giving patients aftercare advice to ensure they heal properly.
  5. Supporting the team in maintaining top-notch infection control and hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For: We’re after someone who is:

  1. Friendly, caring, and genuinely interested in looking after people.
  2. A team player with good communication skills.
  3. Comfortable with basic IT (enough to manage patient records).
  4. Eligible to work in the UK.
  5. Vaccinated against Hepatitis B (or willing to get the jab).
  6. Already enrolled, or planning to enrol, in a recognised dental nursing course.

What You’ll Get:

  1. Full training provided – no prior experience necessary!
  2. Plenty of learning and growth opportunities to help you progress.
  3. A supportive, friendly team to work with every day.
  4. Pension scheme to help you save for the future.
  5. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support your well-being.
  6. Basic healthcare cover.
  7. Birthday off to enjoy your special day!

If you’re looking for a fun, supportive environment where you can learn and grow, and you’ve got a real passion for patient care, we’d love to hear from you. Join our team and start your journey in dental nursing today!
