Trainee Mechanical Fitter / Engineer

Our client on the outskirts of south Leicestershire is looking to recruit skilled mechanical fitters/engineers due to ongoing growth within the company. This is a permanent role and a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has recently expanded internationally. The successful candidate will be working from a modern and newly refurbished facility in a supportive and welcoming environment. Support and training are on offer to candidates with backgrounds in mechanical engineering, and experience with fitting/sub-assembly machine tool fitting and building experience is advantageous but some training can be given.

Trainee Mechanical Fitter / Engineer Responsibilities

• Mechanical Fitting/Assembly
• Interpreting Engineering drawings to complete sub-assembly
• Mechanical Alignment
