Trainee Lettings Negotiator

OTE- £29,000 - Uncapped Commission - Car Allowance - Career Progression

At Kevin Henry, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as Lettings Property Lister complementing our fantastic residential lettings team in branch in Saffron Walden.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister Valuer

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer

1. Estate Agency experience preferably a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
2. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
3. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
4. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
7. A Full UK driving licence
