Marylebone is known to be one of the most sought-after locations for an Estate Agent, with property prices and style of properties that are completely unparalleled to any other market in London.

Details on the position:

1. Lettings Advisor
2. Basic Salary between £18,000 - £20,000
3. Commission Structure starting at 10% and rising up to 15%
4. OTE in the region of £40,000

Requirements for the position:

1. Relative 'selling' experience (Can be from a different industry to property)
2. A desire to join the property market, ideally a reason for joining Lettings especially
3. A hunger to succeed
4. Full UK Driving License
5. Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month
