Trainee Labourer | up to £26,200 | Salisbury

As a Labourer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing department, working with an established and successful company in the local area.

This is an entry-level position that offers training and support from experienced colleagues, and excellent development opportunities.

You'll benefit from:

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5.15pm

Responsibilities

As a Labourer, you'll be responsible for:

1. Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
2. Working to product specifications such as size, weight, and quantity
3. Producing and distributing top quality products
4. Measuring, weighing, and mixing components
5. Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily targets.

Background

As a Labourer, you'll have:

1. Experience using hand and power tools
2. A proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks
3. The desire to produce only the best quality products
4. Preferred experience working within the manufacturing environment (not essential).
