This is a full-time role Monday- Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and management of digital twins for construction projects.
2. Support the BIM coordination process and ensure models are updated and maintained.
3. Use Revit to produce, update, and manage 3D models.
4. Collaborate with design, project, and site teams to ensure model accuracy.
5. Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of digital O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals.
6. Work with schematics and drawings.

The ideal candidate:

1. Some experience with BIM platforms and processes.
2. Revit Modelling experience (essential).
3. Familiarity with or willingness to learn about O&M manuals and their digital integration (beneficial).
4. Understanding of schematics and construction documentation (beneficial).
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
6. Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, tech-forward construction environment.
7. A team player with good communication skills.
