Job description

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference as part of a team, providing administration, management, and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. The role involves undertaking interesting projects, giving exposure to a wide variety of high-quality clients.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with the distribution of call and distribution notices.
  2. Interpreting agreements and assessing client profitability.
  3. Dealing with accounting, administration, and other client-related issues.
  4. Managing cash tasks, invoice tracking, and recording.
  5. Maintaining investor details and investor-related documentation.
  6. Creating and maintaining records of a portfolio of clients.
  7. Participating in the creation and maintenance of Fund Company investor registers or Limited Partner registers.
  8. Organising and participating in meetings, taking minutes and resolutions.
  9. Handling correspondence and becoming familiar with statutory requirements and corporate governance.

This position is best suited to an enthusiastic individual who is eager to progress a career in fund administration and works well in a team. Candidates should be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent (grades A-C), and have GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades A-C / 9-4). Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, along with proven IT skills, are essential. No experience is required as training will be given.
