Job description

Gain your financial freedom empowering women to gain theirs.

Start or develop your financial planning career as part of the UKs first female focussed financial planning and coaching brand. Be the change. Make a difference. Own your future!

From novice to professionally qualified in two years, thanks to our state of the art training academy, personal mentoring and supervision program created and led by one of our profession's most passionate and high profile female financial planners - Sam Secomb FPFS, Chartered Financial Planner, Passionate Founder of Women’s Wealth and Columnist for The Telegraph.

This opportunity is for ambitious wannabe financial planners who are willing and able to focus on an intense two year period of development for themselves and their business.

The role includes:

  • Fully remote training and operating model.
  • Join a network of Money Mentors collaborating and rising up together.
  • Plug into a strong brand where you can earn well and be proud of what you do.
  • Enjoy professional recognition in job with a great feel good factor.
  • Become a regulated professional with a nationally recognised qualification.
  • All regulatory and professional indemnity requirements covered.
  • Training and business development support provided.

About You

You want the freedom to design how you work and you don't need a boss to make you deliver.

You are available from early September to dedicate yourself to a focused 2 year period of learning whilst simultaneously building a client base. (Don’t worry we have the training, tips and tools to support you - but you need to put in the effort and have the right attitude to succeed).

You have some experience of life behind you, and would feel confident and identify with clients in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.

You are a go getter and ready for a challenge!

You will need to be:

  • Organised and self-disciplined with honed ability to work in a focused and productive way to leverage your time.
  • Capable of studying and passing degree level exams working toward a compulsory qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).
  • Interested in personal finance.
  • A gifted communicator, able to articulate complex information in an easily understood manner both verbally and in writing.
  • A people person, energised by interactions with others and enjoy building long term relationships.
  • Attracted to the idea of being a positive influence in the lives of others and the associated feel good factor.
  • Willing to work collaboratively in a team where we share resources and information to help us rise up together.

While a self-employed role, you will need to dedicate full-time hours towards it, with a blend of studying, working with clients and marketing yourself. You should therefore ensure in the first instance you have at least 35 hours per week to dedicate to this, although this should drop to 28 - 30 hours post completion of your studies.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Building your own client bank with marketing and public relations activity (WW can provide your first few leads, but you will need to learn to generate your own).
  • Managing social media, reaching out to groups and communities, blogging/guest blogging, running events in person and online, doing broadcasts/podcasts as host and guest - we have lots of great content for you to deploy and we are happy to train you in delivering some really popular sessions for female audiences.
  • Learn on the job how to take clients through our 5 meeting financial planning process by observing, then assisting and then running your own meetings.
  • Learn to coach clients toward healthy habits and attitudes - observe, assist and then do.
  • Learn by assisting the financial adviser how to review clients existing plans/policies/arrangements and provide feedback.
  • Assist the adviser providing regulated advice and recommendation including producing FCA compliant suitability reports.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain a study program to achieve your CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and work through the coaching, advising operational training and business development modules provided via our Women’s Wealth Academy.
