This role comes with full training, funding to complete your industry exams, and a clear route into advice - plus commission, bonuses, and ongoing support from an experienced team.

You’ll focus on generating new client relationships while building your knowledge of financial planning, with the goal of progressing into an adviser role in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Generating New Business: Proactively seek out new opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
  2. Nurturing Relationships: Develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  3. Implementing Strategies: Collaborate with the team to design and execute effective business development strategies.
  4. Collaborative Growth: Work closely with financial advisors and the wider team to support client needs and drive shared success.
What We’re Looking For
  1. A strong background in sales/recruitment, business development, or client relationship management is preferred.
  2. Proficient in LinkedIn and social media.
  3. Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanour.
  4. Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to self-generate results.
  5. Experience in implementing successful business development strategies.
  6. Previous experience in financial services is desirable but not essential - this role is also ideal for individuals transitioning into a new career path.
  7. A desire to grow within the financial services industry with full support to achieve this.
What’s on Offer
  1. Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
  2. Annual company bonus.
  3. Comprehensive training and mentoring to help you achieve professional qualifications and career progression.
  4. Exams fully funded.
  5. A supportive and collaborative team environment.
  6. The opportunity to represent a trusted, client-focused brand with a strong reputation in wealth management.
  7. Modern city-centre offices and opportunities for professional growth.
