Facility Assistant

The COMPANY

The ROLE
The Trainee Facilities Assistant will provide site support, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, routine maintenance, and pre-planned maintenance programmes. Responsibilities include:

1. Day-to-day maintenance
2. Building and grounds maintenance
3. Fire alarm
4. Assisting with security
5. Responding to urgent issues as required

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant with the following background:

1. General maintenance skills - carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, etc.
2. Good communication skills
3. Excellent team player
4. Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
5. Take pride in doing a good job

Salary: Depending on experience, Great pension scheme, Private Health/Dental, etc.

Location: South Lincolnshire, Rutland, North Cambridgeshire
