Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of telematics systems and vehicle mechanics in various settings.
2. Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with senior engineers to learn about best practices.
4. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects to develop technical skills and knowledge.
5. Maintain accurate records of work performed, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.

Qualifications:

1. A keen interest in vehicle mechanics and telematics.
2. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
3. Excellent communication skills and customer-facing ability.
4. Must be comfortable working in a field-based environment, visiting client sites as required.
5. Must have a clean UK driving license.
