Job description

Randstad C&P are currently working with a great client who are looking for a Trainee Electrical Supervisor to join their team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to take the leap into the next position on the career ladder as the organisation offers fantastic opportunities for development and training for those without prior experience.

This role is based in York/Sheffield for a Blue Chip client at their large office spaces.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the York site, with travel to the Sheffield site every 2 weeks
  2. Oversee a small team and distribute work accordingly
  3. Ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is up to date and in line with service level agreements
  4. Organise Subcontractors and escort on site when necessary
  5. Provide technical advice when needed to support any team queries
  6. Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times
  7. Keep records up to date
  8. Complete AP Training if the successful candidate does not already have this
Ideal Candidate:
  1. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
  2. 18th edition
  3. DBS required
  4. Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment
  5. Experience of leading a team would be beneficial
