Standard hours Monday to Friday

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and 18th edition required.
Experience in facilities maintenance and team leadership is beneficial.

Oversee the York site and manage a small team effectively.
Ensure maintenance tasks are completed as per service level agreements.
Organise subcontractors and ensure health and safety compliance.

This role is based in York/Sheffield for a Blue Chip client at their large office spaces.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the York site, with travel to the Sheffield site every 2 weeks
Oversee a small team and distribute work accordingly
Ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is up to date and in line with service level agreements
Organise Subcontractors and escort on site when necessary
Provide technical advice when needed to support any team queries
Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times
Keep records up to date
Complete AP Training if the successful candidate does not already have this

Ideal Candidate

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
18th edition
DBS required
Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment
Experience of leading a team would be beneficial
