Your Role
In your first year, you will:

1. Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions.
2. Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
3. Collaborate with our sales teams to increase candidate placements.
4. Hit weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
5. Earn commission every step of the way.

Support and Mentorship
From the start, you'll receive comprehensive support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. You'll be learning from some of the top consultants in the education recruitment sector as you grow and develop your skills.
