An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as a Trainee Deputy Manager or Deputy Manager at one of our homes in Hampshire. The home specialises in person-centred care for people with learning difficulties and autism.
We are looking for a Trainee or Deputy Manager to help bring our mission to life by supporting five wonderful individuals in living independent, fulfilling lives. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, effective communicators, with high standards of care, who are sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities, and who demonstrate leadership qualities or potential to guide and inspire others.
Working hours are 40 hours per week (including 8 hours admin time per week). You will also be part of the 24hr on call rota; a flexible approach to work is essential.
