Providing support and assistance with all areas of sales order processing
Managing client calls and providing information and guidance on products provided
Dealing with sales orders received and checking up details on the computer system
Providing accurate price and delivery information and providing pro-forma invoices
Liaising with the warehouse/despatch team and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries
Updating customers on order sales and advising on out-of-stock lines
