Role: Trainee Conveyancer
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
Location: Southport

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or someone who has managed a small caseload?

If you're looking for a busy and dynamic role within a high-volume residential conveyancing environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

My Client is seeking:
We are seeking a motivated individual who can manage a small caseload and perform a full range of conveyancing tasks with some supervision.

You should have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and third parties. A proactive and customer-focused approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of circa 60 freehold and leasehold transactions under supervision of sale and purchase files.
  2. Draft correspondence, review mortgage offers, and check contract documentation.
  3. Understand and report on search results.
  4. Respond to legal enquiries and process post.
  5. Handle completion tasks, including pre-completion searches and producing completion letters.
  6. Chase clients for payments, verify identification, and manage starter pack issues.
  7. Maintain a daily task list and meet company targets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and is looking to take the next step in their conveyancing career.
