About the role:

As a Junior Contracts Assistant, you will support the Contracts Managers and Directors to help deliver commercial roofing projects to a high standard. You’ll be involved in key activities such as organising materials, preparing site documents, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring Health and Safety standards are upheld on-site.

This is a hands-on, varied role that will develop your skills across project management, site operations, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of projects against the programme of works
  • Supporting site teams to maintain excellent Health and Safety practices
  • Helping organise and manage project documentation and materials
  • Answering calls and emails from suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Keeping internal records and cost documentation accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with our skilled teams to ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes and operations

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a qualification or education related to the construction sector
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
  • Have a strong work ethic and be a genuine team player
