Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembling components using both power and hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line within a warehouse environment, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities

  1. Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  2. Assemble products according to specifications, utilising both power tools and hand tools effectively.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
  4. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
  5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
  6. Assist in the training of new staff on production processes and equipment usage.

Qualifications

  1. Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a production or warehouse setting.
  2. Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
