Trainee Car Parts Advisor Required

* Main Dealer based in Medway

* Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5.30PM - No Weekends!

* Starting Basic Salary circa £Min Wage

* Full brand training/ support provided

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Car Parts Advisor to join a well-established main dealer in Medway, Kent. This is the perfect role for someone eager to develop their skills and grow within a leading dealership.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assisting customers with parts inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
2. Learning how to identify, source, and order vehicle parts.
3. Supporting the service and workshop teams with their parts requirements.
4. Managing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory records.
5. Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail customers.

What We're Looking For:

1. A keen interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
2. Great communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
4. Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
5. A positive attitude and willingness to undergo training.
