You will be responsible for:

• As a trainee, you will be trained on how to de-bone, break down, and trim the meat cuts.
• Learning about the different meat cuts and specifications.
• Working in a safe, clean working environment in line with current legislation.
• After training is completed, having the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level.
