As a Trainee Business Travel Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn the ins and outs of the corporate travel industry.

At ATPI, we’re not just about booking flights and hotels; we’re about transforming the corporate travel experience into something extraordinary. If you’ve got a flair for planning, a sense of adventure, and a passion for helping others navigate the skies, we want you on our team!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Create seamless travel experiences that make business trips feel like mini vacations.
  • Tackle last-minute changes with the grace of a seasoned traveler.
  • Build relationships with our clients and craft unforgettable journeys.
  • Maintain and deliver a high level of customer service to all of our clients whilst aiming to go above and beyond their expectations.
  • Source, recommend, and book all aspects of our client’s travel needs which may include, but are not limited to, Air, Hotel, Rail, Car Hire, and Ferries.
  • Be able to think outside of the box, recommending alternative solutions to our clients which offer cost savings opportunities.
  • Be confident in managing demanding workloads and working to strict deadlines from both our clients and our suppliers.
  • Provide up-to-date advice on entry/visa restrictions for each relevant enquiry.

What You Will Bring to ATPI?

  • A sense of humor and a positive attitude, even when flights get delayed.
  • A detail-oriented planner who enjoys turning “I wish” into “Done!”
  • A willingness to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service/customer-facing role would be desirable but is not required, but have a burning desire to learn and grow.
  • A communicator who can charm a room full of executives and soothe the nerves of anxious travelers.
  • A digital dynamo, zipping through Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams like a pro, making tech feel like its second nature.
