Job description

This is a trainee PSV Mechanics Tutor post for a qualified and experienced PSV Technician/Mechanic. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided.

Are you a fully qualified and time served PSV Mechanic/Technician? Could you be interested in a PSV Mechanics teaching position? I am currently working with a client based in Wolverhampton that is looking for Tutors to teach apprentice learners. My client is willing to take on a qualified PSV mechanic/technician with industry experience and support them with teacher training.

Package and Benefits:

1. Salary - 36,000 to 40,000 dependant on experience and qualifications

Essential experience and qualifications:

1. A Level 3 qualification in PSV mechanics
2. At least 5 years experience as a PSV mechanic or technician in the industry.
3. A keen interest to work in education.

Job Description:

Monday to Friday

Permanent - Full-time

Provide theory and practical training to PSV apprentice learners in both workshop and classroom environments.

Curriculum, facilities and lesson planning is provided. You will be using your knowledge and experience to present and demonstrate topics and will be encouraged to share your industry experiences to give real world industry context.
