About you:

As a Trainee Bartender, you will play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary; we will train you!

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes)
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue
• Process correct payments on the tills
• Demonstrate Simmons standards for quality and service
