Are you passionate about working with children with special educational needs?

Do you have a background in psychology or experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum? If so, we want to hear from you!


About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee ABA Tutor to join the team at a specialist SEN school in South West London. You will work with children with autism and other special needs, helping to provide them with the support they need to thrive.

No previous ABA experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to support students in their learning and development.
  2. Work one-on-one with students, tailoring educational and behavioural interventions to their specific needs.
  3. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
  4. Monitor and report on students' progress to inform ongoing teaching strategies.
  5. Support students in achieving their academic, social, and emotional goals.

About You:
  1. A degree in psychology or a related field, OR experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with autism.
  2. A genuine interest in working with children with autism and other special needs.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
