Job Description:

As a full-time barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and providing outstanding service to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team of baristas, with opportunities to grow and deepen your skills in coffee making, bean selection, and brewing methods.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our standards.
2. Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to each customer.
3. Take orders, manage cash and card transactions accurately, and ensure all orders are fulfilled efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organised cafe area, following all health and safety regulations.
5. Restock and replenish cafe supplies as needed.
6. Work effectively as part of a team during busy hours to ensure fast and smooth service.
7. Consistently deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a food service role is preferred but not required (training provided).
2. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to a long-term contract, including weekends and holidays.
6. Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanour.
