Job Description:

PSR Solutions is seeking a reliable and dedicated Traffic Marshall for a long-term project in Wokingham. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the site and become supervisor when the Site Manager is off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
2. Monitor and record all site visitors.
3. Direct traffic within the site to ensure safety and efficiency.
4. Maintain a log of deliveries and site activities.
5. Perform regular security checks around the site perimeter.
6. Assist with general site duties as required.
7. General Labouring duties.
8. Take care of site when the Site Manager isn't there.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
5. Valid CSCS card.
6. Traffic Marshall ticket.
7. SSSTS.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
