Job description
Gateman
Our client, a reputable construction company, is looking for a Gateman / Traffic Marshall for works on a busy construction site in Buxted.
Works are expected to run for a minimum of 6 months to a year, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm for 45 hours paid, with Saturday morning overtime available as extra or additional hours.
Duties will include:
- Managing delivery vehicles
- Controlling site access at the gate
- Signing people in and out of the site
- Making sure people have appointments before coming onto the site
- Banking traffic into parking spaces
- General traffic management
Applicants that have worked in a similar position will be at an advantage.
Applicants must be available for an immediate start and hold a valid Traffic Marshall Card or equivalent qualification, and must also hold a valid CSCS card.
Wages are paid weekly either CIS or Umbrella.
