Location: CV33, Chesterton
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Break unpaid)
Salary Range: £15/hour for Green CSCS and Traffic Marshall ticket to £17.50/hour for CPCS - Blue Card
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Traffic Marshall to join our team at the construction site located in CV33. The ideal candidate must possess either a Blue CPCS or Green CSCS card along with valid Traffic Marshall Tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing site traffic to ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
- Coordinating with site management to facilitate smooth traffic flow.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting any incidents or breaches of safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid Blue CPCS or Green CSCS card.
- Traffic Marshall Tickets.
- Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adherence to site dress code (shorts are not permitted).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
