Traffic Marshall

My client is seeking a Traffic Marshall to join their newly started residential project in Dartford. The successful Traffic Marshall must hold a valid CPCS or Banksman ticket and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic on and off the construction site.

Traffic Marshall Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspection: Check each lorry to ensure it is clean and free of stone and mud before it leaves the site.
• Traffic Management: Direct and manage the flow of vehicles entering and leaving the site to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Escort Duties: Escort vehicles and people in and out of the site as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Communication: Coordinate with site management and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.

Traffic Marshall Requirements:

• Traffic Marshall Ticket or CPCS Plant and vehicle Marshaller A73
• Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall on a construction site.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Traffic Marshall Package:

• 16 - 18 p/hour
