About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our team at HMP Bullingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prison project, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage traffic flow within the construction site.
• Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel.
• Monitor and control access to the site.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Must not have a criminal record.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS Check and EL1 Clearance check (costs covered by us).
• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.
• CPCS or NPORS qualification is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability.
