Are you looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and drive high performance within a dynamic retail environment? At Morrisons, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trading Team Leader to ensure our store delivers outstanding service and operational excellence. As a Trading Team Leader, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver top-tier store standards, ensuring our shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will also:

• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, legal standards, and all internal policies to keep our team and customers safe.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication within the replenishment department and work closely with managers and colleagues to meet sales and profit goals.
• Develop and multi-skill your team, providing the tools, guidance, and coaching they need to thrive.
• Drive exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities and risks, then take action with the Trading Manager to drive continuous improvement.
• Minimise waste, monitor stock handling, and ensure products are stored and rotated correctly.

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams to achieve high performance.
• A sound operational and technical knowledge of the department with the ability to solve problems and support your team effectively.
• Energised by customer interaction and always looking for ways to enhance the shopping experience.
• Able to plan, organise, and manage your workload effectively while ensuring all company policies are followed.
