Trade Waste / Wheelie Bin Coordinator

Accept Recruitment is looking for a Trade Waste/Wheelie Bin Coordinator for our client based in Leicester (LE4). This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and expanding waste management company in a varied role covering transport, operations, customer service, and administration.

Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: On-site, Leicester (LE4)
Benefits: On-site parking, company pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and managing wheelie bin collections efficiently
2. Coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth operations
3. Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues
4. Managing contracts, invoicing, and price matrices
5. Liaising with sales, finance, and third-party suppliers
6. Updating and maintaining fleet management systems

Requirements:

1. Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face)
2. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
3. Good geographical knowledge of Leicestershire and surrounding areas
4. PC literate (Excel, Google Maps, fleet management systems)
5. Experience in transport planning, waste management, or similar roles preferred (but transferable skills considered)
